In the quiet city of Cornwall, no one expected that two nuns—Sister Margaret and Sister Shirley—would become the most unlikely heroes in the fight against organized crime. Known at St. Peter’s Parish for their mischievous streak and less-than-holy fundraising tactics, these two sisters are far from your typical women of the cloth. When their questionable behavior finally gets them kicked out of the parish, Mother Superior orders them to “go out into the community and spread the good word.”

With the mob out for revenge and the RCMP Mob Division hot on their heels, the sisters must rely on quick wit, bold lies, and a surprising knack for chaos to survive.

What follows is a rollercoaster of con jobs, car chases, and holy hijinks as the sisters form an uneasy alliance with Detective Louie Laframboise to take down a dangerous crime syndicate. Along the way, they discover that being “undercover” might just be their true calling—especially when diamonds, double-crosses, and redemption are on the line.
