Witch Lynn and the Shadow of Melville

Every city has secrets. Some are whispered in alleys, some hidden in locked rooms, and some buried so deep even the oldest stones have forgotten them.

The city of Melville was no different. By day it bustled with markets and laughter, the fountain singing in the square and children racing along cobbled streets. But at night, shadows grew longer than they should. Doors rattled without wind. Animals stirred uneasily. Something old and restless had begun to stir again, and the people of Melville, though they could not name it, felt it in their bones.

This is the story of a woman named Lynn, who thought she was ordinary until the wind itself bent to her voice. It is the story of Binx, a black cat who walked through shadows as though they were doorways, and Klaus, a proud tan cat whose light could heal and shield. It is the story of a choice: to follow the easy path of fear, or the harder path of kindness and courage.
